RHI Degression Announcement

30 April 2015

DECC has published their monthly forecast of RHI expenditure today. It indicates that the small biomass tariff in the non-domestic RHI will be reduced with 25%. However, the removal of dormant applications and changes in load factors could reduce this degression.
The domestic RHI biomass tariff is very likely to be degressed with 20%.

The DECC monthly forecast is for information only and no reductions to tariffs will be made as a result of the information contains. The final degression decisions for both the domestic and non-domestic RHI will be announced in the next quarterly assessment, released 29th May, and any tariff reductions will come into force on 1 July 2015.
